Incident impacting download of reports

We are currently investigating an issue with reports receiving an error code when trying to download it in various formats. This does not happen for all reports but a subset of reports.
A known workaround is to divide up the reports into several severities using the report templates.

We’ll update this incident as we make progress on the issue.
