The situation continues to be stable and all services are working as expected.

We have identified that the root-cause of the issue is a problem our cloud-provider is currently facing. Currently we see the services coming back. We are going to monitor the situation to make sure everything works as expected.

This incident will be closed within 48h once we have confirmed that everything is back to normal.
