Issue

We are currently investigating an issue with Scanner Appliances that is impacting their online-status.
Currently there is a problem with updating the status, so some Scanner Appliances seem to be disconnected, even though they are actually fine.

This incident will receive continuous updates as we make progress on our investigation.
