Incident impacting Reports
Updates
The issue has been resolved, all delayed reports have been generated and new reports are getting generated as usual.
We have isolated the issue and applied a solution to remediate the incident.
The reports that have been delayed previously are now being generated to catch up.
Our team will continue to monitor the health of our systems to make sure that the solution is working as intended and all reports get generated.
This incident will be closed within 48h once we have confirmed that everything is back to normal.

We are currently investigating an issue with reports that is causing delays in various places, for example when generating reports or sending passwords for encrypted reports.
