Incident impacting Security Center
Updates
Since the last update the situation has improved, but we still see intermittent issues on our system. While we are investigating those, some services, like the public API for automation, may be turned off for shorter periods of time.
The network issues have been resolved yesterday evening and we are currently monitoring the system to ensure they keep working as expected.
We have traced the issues back to intermittent network-outages that have been confirmed to be caused by an upstream service.
We are again seeing increased latency on the Security Center and are investigating the issues.
Since the update yesterday the situation has improved and the latency on the Security Center is at a normal level.
We are going to monitor the system throughout the day to confirm everything continues to work smoothly.
This incident will be closed within 48h once we have confirmed that everything is back to normal.
We are performing a short maintenance in order to further investigate the issue
We are still investigating this issue with intermittent high response-times. We will post another update once we have more information.
We are currently investigating an issue with system load that is impacting loading times within the Security Center.
