Update

Technicians have identified an issue affecting upgrades on certain Hyper-V environments. A fix has been developed and is now undergoing testing. Once validated, it will be released and applied to all affected appliances. In the meantime, Hyper-V scanner appliances will remain on the previous stable version. Appliances that are currently offline will remain offline until the fix is in place.

Issue

We have identified an issue preventing Hyper-V scanner appliances from upgrading to revision 3.17.0. To maintain stability, all appliances will remain on the previous version while our technicians work on a fix. A new release including the correction will be made available soon. No customer action is required at this time.
