De-escalate

Engineers have isolated the root-cause and a fix has been applied. Scanner appliances will start working properly between 12:00 and 18:00 (GMT+2).
If your scanner appliance still have problems running scans or communicating with Security Center, please reboot it.

Issue

We have received reports on connectivity issues for scanner appliances. Engineers are investigating the cause of this currently. More information will be shared when it’s available.
