We are experiencing issues with our ticketing-system after we migrated the system. Those changes have been rolled back, but this has lead to some cases not getting registered in our system properly.
If you sent an email to support@holmsecurity.com between the 20th of March 16.00 (CET) and the 21st of March 8.45 (CET) please resend it, even if you received a ticket-number.
